A daily comment on the meal or dish that I made that day. I almost never make the same thing twice. That is 45 years and counting of recipes from FoodTV, 350 cookbooks, 41 years of Gourmet Magazine, Bon Appetit and others that have come and gone over the years.
This is a photo of Paul Bocuse and me in his kitchen in Lyon, France. How did I get in the kitchen and why am I dressed so casually, it is a long story. I have been back to his restaurant two more times. The last time I took a small version of this photo along. When I showed it to him he said, “I look so young.” So do I Paul, so do I.
